Lay Ministry
The Lay Leader serves as the primary advocate for and representative of the laity (members) in the congregation. An essential role is to assist laity in discovering and using their spiritual gifts. Just as each of us has been saved by grace, God prepares us by grace and empowers us for meaningful service.
